Sebastian and Edmund, I’m going to tell them how to cook a perfect hard boiled egg. I know you would want to know how to do it too. The trick is not to boil it;
instead, you need a steamer. Put large eggs on the rack. After the water starts to bubble, you need to cook the eggs for 5 minutes. Not 4 minutes, not 6, just 5.
Then you take the eggs out and let them stand for 10 minutes. Rinse and peel. Then you will have some perfectly cooked hard boiled eggs...
